Life Coaching

I offer a unique life coaching experience for various age groups. With 25 + years of teaching experience both in the secular school system and ministry in the church, I provide coaching and courses that directly address the most prevailing issues and struggles for: 

  • Teens  
  • Young Adults 
  • Parents of teens 
  • Caregivers 
  • Educators / Pastors 
  • Leaders  

I also specialize in helping both men and women discover their: 

  • God-given callings 
  • Identity in Christ 
  • Identify the areas and mindsets that are holding them back and given them the tools and keys to become free, whole, and successful. 
  • Talents, gifts and help them acquire new skill sets. 
  • Make and execute a plan for the vision for their life and accomplish their dreams and goals.  
  • Keys to a victorious and abundant life! 

I take a wholistic approach to life coaching. In my experience our health, success, spiritual walk, and mental health are all interconnected.  

All coaching is rooted in Biblical wisdom and backed by experience, research, psychology, and best practices. 

It is not a requirement to be a Christian to participate in group coaching, growth groups, & special courses, but an openness to hear Biblical wisdom is.

Mentoring:

With over 25 years of experience creating and running programs, transforming school culture and helping already existing programs grow and run more effectively I love helping people excel at what they are called to do by partnering with them and saving them time and frustration by sharing with them years of experience and know-how.  

 Mentoring will always include Biblical wisdom and require learning how to hear God’s voice.
